HealthPay is a payment mechanism integrated with Bajaj Finserv Health plans. It helps you to utilize your health plan benefits when you walkin to a healthcare provider without the need of prebooking your appointment.

If you are at a hospital/clinic or lab payment counter, all you need to do is search and pay.
- You visit a service provider
- Open Bajaj Finserv Health application and click "HealthPay"
- You select their name from the list
- Enter amount for the service availed
- You select the right benefit and right name of patient
- Review the screen and confirm payment

Yes. After your appointment, you need to share the relevant documents for your visit for us to verify your claim

The supporting documents depend on the type of claim being utilized -
1. For Doctor Consultations - Please upload the doctor prescription and the invoice
2. For Prescribed Diagnostics- Please upload the doctor prescription, Invoice of lab test and the Lab report
