MGM Healthcare's founding director is Dr. Prashanth Rajagopalan. In addition to being the youngest Harvard Macy fellow, Prashanth, a doctor by training, later pursued a Master's in Public Health Leadership and Management at Johns Hopkins University in the United States. Healthcare, education, and technology in healthcare are his areas of interest. Other than Rajagopalan Prashanth, the other Directors of MGM Healthcare Private Limited are Urjitha Rajagopalan, Gowrirajagopalan Ramanathan, and Krishnamoorthy Rajagopalan.
