The hospital, which opened a four-bed nursing home in 1959 in the center of Pune, has pioneered medical advancements and is now a 600-bed multispecialty center. This is on top of the 70-bed center in Hinjewadi and the 130-bed unit at Wanowrie. A group of 300 consultants, more than 650 panel doctors, and 1500 paramedical employees each of these.
